What exactly are Salt and Pepper Diamonds? In simple terms, they are the less pure, lower clarity material traditionally considered undesirable when mining for flawless, colorless White Diamonds. Not to be confused with Fancy Greys, Salt and Pepper Diamonds contain significant "inclusions" such as white clouds, dark carbon patches or streaks, feathers, or internal cracks, and their grey undertones can vary from light to dark. They are characteristically visibly flecked with white (salt) and black (pepper) inclusions.
These natural and unpredictable patterns mean each is 100% unique - they're undeniably cool and full of character. Plus, you get much more diamond for your money. Most impactful of all: we're supporting low-waste practices and casting a vote for pragmatic sustainability. 🌍
