Shipping & Tracking

PLEASE READ: All orders are sent full insured with the option of a signature requirement. If you choose signature required at checkout, please make arrangements to be home the day your shipment is scheduled for delivery. Choosing a signature requirement is the safest route and adds an additional level of security for your package. If you'd prefer your order be sent without a signature requirement, select the waive signature option at checkout. M. Hisae is not financially responsible for lost or stolen packages where a signature requirement was not requested. Please be aware of this when choosing your shipping method. M. Hisae is not responsible for shipping costs related to returned parcels.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification of shipment along with a tracking link. Transit times are estimates. See below. For international shipments, please allow additional transit time or select guaranteed 2-Day or Overnight shipping.

For non-U.S. shipments, research of and payment for customs/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer. M. Hisae is releases all financial liability related to customs inquiries when the package is picked up by the shipping company.

2-Day Shipping
Carrier: UPS 2-Day or FedEx Express
Timeline: Delivery within 2 business days

Standard Overnight
Carrier: UPS Next Day PM or FedEx Standard Overnight
Timeline: Next day delivery (by end of day)

Priority International
Carrier: DHL Express or UPS International
Timeline: Delivery in 3 to 5 days


Returns & Exchanges

Most items exceeding $500 USD are FINAL SALE. Certain items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt for an item of equal or lesser value or credit toward a future purchase. Please refer to each individual product page for that item's return policy.

We do not accept returns on special orders, custom designs, sale items, or items purchased from an outside retailer.

Please send us a note, including your name, order number, and reason for the return. We will provide a return shipping address once the return is approved. You will be issued a merchandise credit, less shipping fees, to be used toward a future purchase once we receive your item(s). All shipping fees on returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Should items be damaged or lost in transit, we must be notified within 7 days of the original estimated delivery date in order to accommodate replacement requests.


Repair submissions:

Repair fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please send us your name, order number, and repair request, and we will happily review. Unless issue is inherent to the design, shipping fees on repaired items are the responsibility of the buyer.
