Grey Diamond Kiyo Ring
The Kiyo speaks to the physical and symbolic meanings of Japanese torii gates, which represent a transition from the mundane from the sacred. A torii marks the entrance to a sacred space - in ring form, the gem it cradles. The top and bottom pillars are joined by two delicate pillars using an ancient technique of torch-beaded wire beaded to create a sense of ornament as well as gentle structure. Kiyo is a traditional Japanese name that can have several meanings, including sacred, rare, and hope.
