PROCESS • Please allow 2-3 weeks to create and ship your piece. • This piece may be exchanged or returned for store credit if initiated within 7 days of receipt.
Size inclusivity is a core value of M. Hisae. Ring styles are available in sizes 2 through 13, including quarter and half sizes. Ex. 7, 7.25, 7.5, 7.75. If your piece arrives and the fit isn't quite right, we'll work with you to get it perfect.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, fully insured. You may choose whether or not you would like a signature requirement at checkout. Please keep in mind that if you waive the signature requirement for a purchase over $1,000, the customer assumes all liability for a lost shipment.
